Department of Sanskrit


About

Govt. Tilak PG College was established on 4th August 1958 and was taken over on 7th Feb 1971. Since the time the college was established, Sanskrit has always been a part of the curriculum.  Sanskrit literature is available as a subject in only Govt Tilak PG College of Katni district. The department consists of 01 permanent faculty. Presently Dr Sardar Diwaker is the HOD of the Department. The department organizes regular research activities like webinars, research paper writing, special academic lectures etc.
